Grade 250 (Meehanite Quality): Offers a good combination of wear resistance and strength, reasonable machinability and excellent surface finishes. Noise and vibration damping are good in Meehanite grade cast iron.
Typical Uses: Piston and piston rings, bearings, gears and bushes.
